Call or email each building you are interested in to be pre-screened.

If you appear to qualify, the Property Manager will set up an appointment to view the unit and complete a rental application. Bring all required paperwork to your appointment. We aim to process your application within 5 business days; coming prepared will ensure your application is processed as quickly as possible.
If approved, we will call you. The Property Manager will set up an appointment for you to pay your deposit and sign your lease. If you have a Section 8 Voucher, Bellwether will coordinate an apartment inspection with SHA prior to accepting a deposit.
If your application is denied, you have the right to appeal the decision.
